Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The product was not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
• The product is not a customized, personalized, or gift-set item (unless received damaged or defective).

Items NOT eligible for return:

• Opened or used perfume bottles
• Products with broken seals or removed caps
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidents post-delivery
• Digital gift cards or vouchers
• Items purchased during clearance sales marked as non-refundable

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize and will make it right. Please:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ilaanparisluxury.com
• Share your order number, a clear photograph of the damaged product, and the packaging.

Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement at no cost or a full refund — whichever you prefer. Ilaan Paris Luxury bears the return shipping cost for damaged or defective items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at hello@ilaanparisluxury.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
4. Ship the product securely to the address provided. Please include your RA number on the package.
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Approved Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4.2 Refund Methods

• Credit / Debit Card: Refund to the original card (3–7 business days depending on your bank)
• UPI / Net Banking: Refund to source account (2–5 business days)
• Store Credit (optional): Issued faster and can be used on your next purchase.

4.3 Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion — for example, if a product is returned with minor signs of use or missing original packaging components.

4.4 Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified by our team.

We currently offer exchanges for the same product in the event of a defect or damage. We do not offer size or fragrance exchanges for opened products. If you wish to exchange for a different fragrance, we recommend returning the eligible product for a refund and placing a new order.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@ilaanparisluxury.com. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made before the order is dispatched.

7.2 After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery as per the policy above.

8. International Orders

• International returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
• Customs duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

9. Fraud Prevention

Ilaan Paris Luxury reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if we detect patterns of misuse, fraudulent claims, or violations of this policy. Customers found abusing our return policy may have their accounts suspended and future orders declined.

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
